Founded by Christophe W. Mao in New York in 2000, Chambers Fine Art Gallery is a contemporary art gallery that started with the goal of exposing the rapidly growing contemporary art world of China. The institution contributed widely to acceptance and absorbance of the Chinese contemporary art by international peers. Now, the gallery has been including a generation of younger artists, not all of them Chinese, into its program, which is a sign that the scope might be changing. Regardless, Chambers Fine Art Gallery is a place to visit and explore! New York Art Galleries at its best!
